Earth Week 2024
As part of Earth Week events in 2024, a webinar featuring climate change champion, renowned Inuit leader, author and Nobel prize nominee Sheila Watt- Cloutier was held for Regional staff.
Interactive and nature-based learning activities were organized for the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation (MCFN) camp day on August 21. These activities aimed to foster a deeper connection to nature, promote environmental stewardship, and support Indigenous knowledge-sharing.
